As a first time home-buyer I was very nervous about this huge purchase. I consulted a friend who had just recently sold their home, through a Mounir and was very happy with his service. My friend had given me Mounirs number and after the first introduction Mounir put me at ease right away. As a young professional my schedule isn’t the most flexible, and Mounir consistently had an open schedule for me, whether it was after work or on weekends. What had impressed me the most about Mounir was that he was always looking for my best interest, it was apparent he wasn’t going for the “sale”, which is a rarity in a commission based industry. Mounir would always be updating me with listings within my budget, in areas I would be interested in, and working his own schedule around mine. Mounir thanks for your great service.
The first impression of Mounir made me believe in him that he can get what I was expecting.
However over the thanksgiving the market was taking a break and I didn’t get much showing as expected.
Guess what after couple of weeks I got my first offer, which was close to my expectation and I was ready to sell.
Mounir and his professionalism were on the seller side and advised me not to take the offer and ask me to wait for little longer.
I took his advice and got 3 more offers close to the similar price range of the first offer and made me believe the house is worth what the market is asking for and I was ready to pull the house off the market.
Through Mounir’s hard work I got the final offer which was above my expectation and sold the house within 4 weeks.

What first struck us when we first met Mounir, was his determination. He had his mind set on getting us the price we wanted for our house and to make the process the easiest possible. He kept to his word: “The only pressure you will ever get from me is the number of showings you will get for your house”. In about 2 weeks our house was sold for the price we had in mind. And, also as promised, we got the smiley face on the “sld” sign! Thanks Mounir for your friendly and professional service.
